The only requirement is an Anthropic API key. You can enter it during onboarding or later from Settings. Everything else works out of the box.

Marco is the team coordinator. He does not do the work directly: he analyzes your request, decides which agents to activate, reviews the result, and if it is not satisfactory, asks for a redo. Talk to Marco for complex tasks that involve multiple areas of expertise.
If you already know what you need, talk directly to the right agent. Sara for emails and documents, Luca for construction estimates, Alessandro for code, Elena for energy, Roberto for marketing/accounting, Giorgio for legal matters.
Click on the agent's avatar in the right sidebar. You can select multiple agents at the same time to have them "in the office" together.
A project is a work assignment. Each project has its own folder with subfolders for uploads, deliverables, and drafts. This way files are always organized by project.
Ask Marco "create a project for [project name]" or use the Archive tab and the project manager.
Yes. Marco always asks for the project before delegating. All files created are saved in the active project folder.
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) allows agents to search for information in your company documents. Upload a PDF and the agents will be able to respond using real data from your company.

Upload the file from the Archive tab and select "Index for RAG" or click "Index" in the file preview. Indexing happens automatically within a few minutes.
Yes, from Admin Panel > Customize Agents you can change the name, voice, AI model, and add custom instructions to each agent.
Yes, with the Professional or Enterprise plan. Go to Admin Panel > Settings and enter your API key. Costs will be charged directly to your Anthropic account.
Just tell them directly: "remember that our working hours are 9-18" or "remember that client Rossi prefers formal communications." The agent will memorize it and apply it consistently.
Each company's data is completely isolated (multi-tenant with Row Level Security). Servers are located in the EU. We never share data between tenants.
Yes, from the Admin Panel you can invite collaborators via email. Each member can have an Admin or Member role.
Yes, use the microphone (press and hold) to speak. Agents respond with natural voices. You can also type in the text field.
Excess features are blocked. No additional charges. You can upgrade at any time from the admin panel.
